In 21st century depression is not a very unknown word. Both urban and rural , adults and kids all are victims of depression nowadays. Out of hundreds of various causes, loneliness is the root. In our life Loneliness became our friends at some point of time or the other. I always felt that our hearts have the tendency of reminiscing the person who thrashed us with the loneliness , rather than the person who gifted us the strength to overcome it. We often forget that the love and care of certain angelic person makes our life worth living, when we actually started to dive into the dark side of life.
During my conversations with my friends and with my own personal experience I felt we are more addicted to pain and loneliness so we often end up remembering the person who is the cause of it.
But somewhere I believe this life is too short to remember all dark shades of life , so we should embrace the person who bought light into our lives and spread the happiness all around .. love the person who loved you when others didn’t and love the person who needs you beside when they are lonely..
#sayno to #loneliness #depression
